Aladdin on Broadway – A Well-Needed Escape to a Magical World

Aladdin on Broadway was quite a hit, and a promising sign that things are indeed getting back to normal. It felt good to be out and about again. Despite the chilly weather, my trek to the New Amsterdam theater in Times Square was well worth it.

Every aspect of the show was a stunner: the costumes, the stage effects, and the music. Everything was well-coordinated with a seamless flow.

Perhaps one of the most captivating scenes was that of the magic carpet. Just I N C R E D I B L E. Since I’m not a critic by any means, I do recommend that you experience this performance for yourself. Not only would you be supporting the arts, but the support goes towards rebuilding and reigniting this great city that experienced so much darkness not too long ago.

So, although I have mostly been missing in action, I have not been entirely under a rock. I do try to seize the few precious moments while I still can. And, since I’m pretty sure that NYC will not be home forever, it does make sense to enjoy the many eclectic elements while I still can.

What have you done lately? How have you been spending your time as life returns to normal?
