Succulent Seared Scallops

I've been on a seafood binge lately; craving every aquatic thing you can think of. To satisfy my curious taste buds, I decided to make scallops for dinner the other night. It was my first time prepping this dish so I was a bit skeptical of the outcome. But, before you knew it, dinner was ready in a breeze. Funny that it was also my first time cooking string beans—I was always apprehensive about trying it as I was so sure it was a bland veggie that would taste less than appealing.
However, the outcome would immediately dismiss my long-held fears. As it turns out, the beans were a perfect blend of crunch and flavor, and I'll definitely be cooking these greens more frequently.
