Tasty and Flavorful Salmon Kebabs.

So this is what my dinner looked like a few Sundays ago; I managed to transform one of my power foods into a tasty, mouthwatering, creative dish. I made Salmon kebabs, quite a delight...if I might say so myself (Jay Z’s voice). Salmon is a seafood favorite with tons of benefits for the body. Since lately, I've noticed that my palate has strongly gravitated towards it. It's accessible, somewhat affordable, and easy to prepare. But repetition with your meals can get boring, and since my palate was searching for a new adventure, I decided to spruce it up a bit. The salmon kebabs were served over a bed of brown rice and beans. And it was just delish!
